Prior to joining CWHC, Mike gained extensive management experience from W.F. Botkin Construction where he worked as the Fleet Manager managing a team of mechanics.

Prior to this, Mike was also the Owner and Operator at Makkz Equipment Services LTD overseeing daily operation of fleet equipment repair as well as administrative responsibilities.
